Everything people write in about, answered here first, plus an email address that reaches a person if this page does not cover it.

Draft. This is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is published so the app can link to it during development. Do not rely on it as final.
1Reach a human
Write to support@nuvia.app. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within two working days.
If something is wrong with your plan, tell us which day it is on and what looks wrong. That is usually enough for us to find it without asking you for anything else.
2My plan looks wrong
It has a food I told it I hate
Open You, then Food preferences, and add it to your dislikes. Next week's plan is built without it. If it is an allergen rather than a dislike, add it under Allergens instead. That is a harder rule, and it applies to every meal.
The scores all look similar
Scores are relative to what you picked, so a week built around one focus will cluster. Adding or changing a symptom in You spreads them out again, because the meals are then being measured against more than one thing.
It has not updated in a week
Plans regenerate weekly. If a new week has started and you are still looking at the old one, pull down on Today to refresh. If that does not do it, write to us with the date you are seeing.
3Check-ins and patterns
A check-in takes three taps (skin, bloating, energy), and you can edit today's at any point before midnight by tapping the card again.
The pattern strip on Today stays locked until there are enough check-ins to read honestly. The lock shows how many you have left. Nothing is being withheld from you: with fewer than that, any line we drew would be noise.
4Billing and subscriptions
Cancel or change the plan
On your iPhone: Settings, then your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Nuvia. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves your access running until the period you have paid for ends.
I paid but the app says I have not
Open Nuvia and use Restore purchases on the subscription screen. That re-checks with the App Store using the Apple Account that made the purchase. If you bought it on a different Apple Account, sign in to that one first.
Refunds
Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours. Use reportaproblem.apple.com with the Apple Account that was charged. If Apple turns it down and you think that is wrong, write to us and we will see what we can do.
5Your data
Export it
You, then Settings, then Export my data. You get a machine-readable file with your profile, plans, check-ins and preferences in it.
Delete it
You, then Settings, then Delete account. This removes your profile, your plans, your check-ins and your preferences. It does not cancel an active subscription. Do that in iPhone Settings first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists.
The privacy policy covers what is held, for how long, and who processes it. The data and AI disclosure covers what the model is given and where it can be wrong.
6Accessibility
Nuvia supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion. Every score is announced with its value and its reason, so nothing depends on seeing a colour: the ring colour is a second signal, never the only one.
If something is unusable with the settings you rely on, that is a bug and we want to hear about it. Tell us which setting and which screen.
7A word on health
Nuvia is a wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian. If a symptom is getting worse, is new, or is worrying you, please see a clinician rather than waiting for a pattern to appear in an app.
If you are struggling with food or with eating, support is available and it is not the sort of thing this app is built for. In the UK, Beat runs a free helpline on 0808 801 0677. Elsewhere, your national eating disorder association will have an equivalent.
