Nuvia for iPhone
Stop guessing which foods work against you.
You have cut dairy before. And sugar. And gluten, for about two weeks. Nuvia works the other way round: a full week of food you already like, every meal scored against what is bugging you, and one line under each score saying why.
Your week becomes
Dairy-light, zinc-forward, low added sugar.

Same three meals, every time. The only thing that changed is what you told it, and that is the whole idea.
The cost of guessing
Most people spot their first trigger food in week one.
The other route is an elimination diet. Six weeks, a notebook, and a fortnight of being no fun at dinner. Most people quit long before the answer turns up.
Based on Nuvia members reporting on their daily check-ins. Nuvia is not a medical service and does not diagnose or treat conditions.
What actually happens
Two minutes in. Two weeks to a pattern.
Minute one
You say what's bugging you.
Breakouts, bloating, low energy, cravings, poor sleep, brain fog, hair and nails, an irregular cycle. Pick as many as fit. You don't have to choose one thing to care about. Then a few questions about what you actually eat, and what you'd rather never see on a plate again.
Minute two
Your week lands, already scored.
Twenty-one meals, built from food you just told us you like. Nobody suggests quinoa. Every meal turns up with a number and the sentence behind it, so you are never left wondering why it's there.
Every day
Ten seconds. Three taps.
Skin, bloating, energy. That is the whole ask. Nothing to photograph, nothing to weigh, nothing to write down. Nuvia already knows what it put in front of you.
Week two
It starts telling you things.
Once there is enough to read honestly, Nuvia lines your check-ins up against your week and names what it is seeing. Next week's plan is built on that rather than on the quiz. This is the part a list on the internet cannot do for you.
The score
Every score
shows its working.
Most apps hand you a number and expect you to take their word for it. Nuvia cannot: the rule is written into the app's own code, and the component that draws a score refuses to render without the line that explains it.
Open any meal and you get the working underneath: what it does for your skin, your gut and your energy, scored separately. So when a meal is brilliant for one and middling for another, you find out, instead of averaging it away.
And the number is yours alone. It measures one thing: how well this meal lines up with what you said is bugging you. Change what you picked and every number in the week moves.
The scale is continuous, not banded. A 72 reads visibly yellower than an 82, on the ring, on the bar and on the day you scored it.

What drives the score
This is the panel you get on every one of the twenty-one meals in your week. No meal arrives without it.
The app
Three screens. That's the whole app.
No dashboard to learn. No streak to protect. Today is what to eat now, Plan is the week ahead, and You is everything you told it, changeable the moment it stops being true.

Your week
A dairy-light week built around chicken, rice and greens.
Weekly average
Weighted toward zinc and omega-3s, with dairy out for the full seven days.
Seven days
What it won't do
Four things Nuvia refuses to be.
Most food apps keep growing until they can measure everything about you, and you end up working for the app. Nuvia's scope is frozen on purpose. Here is what that buys you.
No calorie counting.
You will never see a calorie total in Nuvia. The score answers a different question: how is this meal likely to sit with you? A calorie cannot answer that.
Nothing to photograph or scan.
No food diary, no barcodes, no logging what you ate after the fact. The week is written before it starts, so there is no backlog to catch up on and nothing to feel behind on at eleven at night. The app's job is to hand you the next meal, not to audit the last one.
No commentary on your body.
Log your weight if it's useful to you. Nuvia shows you the number you entered and stops there. No BMI, no healthy range, no red or green.
No promises it can't keep.
Nuvia is a wellness app. It talks about what foods are linked to and may support, never about curing, treating or fixing anything. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose.
Questions
The things you're probably thinking.
Will this actually work for me?
Honestly, that depends on whether food is part of what is going on for you, and you will not know until you have watched a scored week run against your own check-ins. That is exactly what the free trial is for: to find that out before you pay for anything. Nuvia is a wellness app, not a diagnosis, and it will never pretend otherwise.
What does the score actually mean?
It's how well that meal lines up with the things you told Nuvia are bugging you. Nothing more, and it's yours alone. The same salmon scores 74 for someone working on breakouts and 93 for someone working on brain fog. A score is never shown on its own: every number in the app carries the one line that explains it.
Is Nuvia a medical service?
No. Nuvia is a wellness app that plans meals around symptoms people commonly associate with food. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or a registered dietitian. If something about your health is worrying you, please talk to a clinician.
Do I have to log what I eat?
No. That's the point. Nuvia writes the week in advance, so the only thing it asks of you is a ten-second check-in: skin, bloating, energy. Even that is optional. The plan still arrives if you skip it; it just learns more slowly.
What if I don't like half of these foods?
Tell it during setup, and any time after. You pick the foods you already love and the ones you'd rather never see, and you flag allergens and how you eat: vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, whatever applies. The plan is built from what's left.
What happens when my symptoms change?
You change what you picked, and next week's plan changes with it. Your check-ins keep feeding the same picture, so a week that started out about breakouts can become a week about energy without starting over.
How much does it cost?
Nuvia starts with a free trial. The current price is shown in the app before anything is charged, and the App Store handles the payment. You cancel from your iPhone's Subscriptions settings, the same place as every other app, and you keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out.
Eat for how you want to feel.
Two minutes from now: a week of food you already like, every meal scored for you. Two weeks from now: a plan built on your own check-ins instead of a questionnaire.
